Common Mistakes

I find there are a lot of common mistakes that both new and veteran models make.  Here are just a few of the mistakes I have found.

1. Not Holding to a Scheduled Appointment:

A lot of models make an appointment and then never show up for their appointment.  Life happens, but when it does you need to communicate with the person on the other side cause they are wasting time otherwise.  Have mutual respect for each other and show up to your scheduled appointments or communicate with people if things are going to change.

2.  Not Scheduling Skype Shows Before Camming:

When camming you should schedule all your Skype stuff before you cam.  Guys want to be able to spend time with you before you do your camming shows.  The worst thing you can do is cam for multiple hours then expect for guys to want to get a Skype show afterward.  A lot of guys don't want sloppy seconds.

3.  Leaving in the Middle of a Show:

If you are in the middle of a countdown another horrible offense is to leave in the middle of a show.  It is one thing if things are going really slow and you are leaving, but it is another to leave to do group shows and privates or even Skype.  Those shows are unpredictable when it comes to length.  Imagine if you are the guy that has tipped for stuff and the model left for pvt or something.  That guy is most likely not going to come back and spend money on you again.

4.  Pricing Pricing Pricing:

Pricing is an important part of the show.  A lot of models go with expensive pricing and expect guys are going to spend the money.  If you are looking for the big tipper then keep prices high, but if you want the average joe to spend money on you and a lot of guys to do that then you need to price accordingly.  I tell models all the time that they need to keep in mind their rank and their camscore when pricing things out.  The worst thing is when a guy feels like he has been ripped off.  If not going to use Snapchat that much then don't charge 500 tokens. Be fair and reasonable with your prices.

5. Trusting Wrong People

Often there are times that guys will help models and some guys are there to actually help and some don't actually want to help.  Look at a guys profile and don't listen to the roomers all the time.  This is a hard one cause sometimes roomers are started because models are jealous or competitors want people to think it is true and sometimes the roomers are real.  Talk to the person yourself and see for yourself if you can trust the person or if you would be trusting the wrong person.  Best thing you can do is go with your own instinct and not listen to others completely.  Take everything with a grain of salt.
